Sagar Naik

Around 18+ years of industrial experience have enabled Sagar Naik to learn deep insights about the dynamics required to make organizations boom.

During these years, Sagar has worked as a mechanical professional and has gotten diverse exposure while leading the ISO Certification projects that led to the successful ISO certification of multiple companies.

Six Sigma Master Black Belt & Lean Manufacturing certification, training given by (ASQ) American Society for Quality on Six Sigma Black Belt, membership with (QCI) Quality Council of India, and membership with (ASQ) American Society for Quality empowered him with the in-depth knowledge.

Sagar has developed an extensive skill-set by developing quality systems in new plants in India and overseas. He has implemented the quality systems of product requirements for different brands and helped multiple companies to qualify Brand Audits conducted by the customers.

Due to his robust audit experience of multiple years, Sagar understands the significance of the correct implementation of the system and enablement of the teams with exceptional knowledge of the system, which prove to be the key factors to successfully launching or re-launch a Quality Management System.

Sagar’s extensive knowledge in quality, environment, and safety, simplifies the integration of systems as IMS and eases the implementation.
