Training Overview

This training will address the basic concepts of probability theory, as well as both the discrete and continuous statistical distributions commonly used in Lean Six Sigma. Numerous examples will be presented to help solidify the concepts presented.
Almost all statistical activities are based on the rules of probability. This training lists and illustrates those rules, providing the groundwork for the study of probability distributions.
